QUESTION : Is there a way in Conbox to de-couple tendon forces between spans?  In other words, we have spans that have separate PT tendons (they do not continue from one span to the next) is there a way, other than introducing a hinge, to ensure that the tendon force in one span is not affecting the adjacent span?

ANSWER:

Please refer to Tutorial 5 of CONBOX that shows multiple tendons and hinges.  Only hinges can achieve zero moments along a continuous span
