QUESTION:   Where can the user manually input the Allowable Stress and other information in Conbox ?

ANSWER:

User needs to click on Settings and select Design Parameters option from the drop down menu and in the new window the user should be able to modify the Allowable Stresses and other miscellaneous information in Conbox.
