QUESTION: While computing deflection for long term do we need to multiply with λ ,the long term deflection multiplication factor?
ANSWER:
Conbox is time dependent program when using the time dependent loss options. While calculating deflection the program does not use deflection multipliers but takes the time dependent losses into consideration.
