QUESTION:  How CONBOX functions internally when Skew Correction Factor option is checked?

ANSWER:

When the Skew Correction Factor box is checked, the program increases the shear according to the skew angle;    It does not reduce the moment. When the box is not checked, the program uses a spline model with supports modeled with skewed supports; this then indirectly accounts for the increased shear.
