QUESTION: Does Conspan have an option to set Elastic Gains as zero ? How does Conspan compute Adjustment for Elastic Gains ?

ANSWER:

Yes there is an option in Conspan where the user can Neglect the Elastic Gains. Go to Analysis TAB à Design Parameter option à Resistance Factor / Losses à Compute losses using “ Neglect Elastic Gains” .
