Issue is with LFR ratings when running LRFR rating. LRFR ratings are fine but LFR are low
Recent maintenance on LARS (v6.00.01.07) may have resolved this issue. That is, the issue where when LRFR ratings were requested the LFR ratings appeared low.
Additionally, there have been instances where LFR ratings were low for prestressed concrete members. In particular, inventory ratings. Check to see if the PSC customization switch “Ignore Elastic Analysis… is set to No. If true, then inventory ratings may appear low if the member was not designed with consideration of Manual for Conditional Evaluation of Bridges 6.6.3.3
