QUESTION: Why is that the program is showing 2 different Live load moment in the output when the bridge is modeled as a simple span and the same bridge is modeled as Non-continuous ?

ANSWER:

Multiple Spans Modeled as Non-continuous deals with a series of simple span bridges . Conspan internally introduces hinges at all internal support locations  such that moments and shears get modeled for simple span for all dead loads and live loads.

Generally the simple span models are measured from bearing to bearing and the continuous spans are measured from center of pier to center of pier.

The program while modeling multiple simple spans (Non continuous) still measures from center of pier to center of pier and that's the reason there is a difference in moment.
