QUESTION: How do we apply the parapet loads to the exterior girders only. It appears that the program applies that load to all beams and when I tried to change the loads to apply just to the 2 exterior barriers I get a warning message

QUESTION:  It appears that the program applies that load to all beams and when I tried to change the loads to apply just to the 2 exterior barriers I get a warning message that any change to an automatically generated load case will be lost next time the model is updated. Is there a way to update which beams this load gets applied to?

Instead of modifying the existing default “Final - Self Weight Appurtenance – Parapets” load you should create a new load group on the right side and select that and remove the default load.  Once you select the new load you will not get the message that the loads will get reset.
