QUESTION: How Conspan is measuring the Spacing between the Girders for Flared and Skewed Bridges?

ANSWER:

Generally the Girder Spacing is inputted in the Cross Section Layout dialog Box. For Non Skew and Non Flared girder whatever girder spacing user inputs in Cross Section Layout dialog Box the program shows the same girder spacing in the main Geometry TAB.                                                                                           For a Skewed and Flared Girder Bridge, whatever girder spacing user inputs in Cross Section Layout dialog Box the program shows different girder spacing in the main Geometry TAB. The reason being the program shows the perpendicular distance between the girders in the section view of Geometry TAB.
