In the OBD version 10.09.00.10 "bsiexcept-1.1.dll" file is missing from LEAP Bridge Concrete install. We have fixed the issue and the file will be included in future releases.
The missing file causes issues when running Analysis when EQ load is present.
In the meantime as a workaround please open “C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenBridge Designer CONNECT Edition\LEAP Bridge Steel\Engine” folder and copy “bsiexcept-1.1.dll” from here and paste it in “C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenBridge Designer CONNECT Edition\LEAP Bridge Concrete\Engine” folder. Then open the file again and you will have no issues with running the analysis.
