Issues with creating bridge in OBM v10.09

Sometimes we have seem that users are unable to create a bridge or some bridge elements in OBM v10.09.  To resolve the issue please try the following:

• Exit any file you may have open for OBM
• Open folder “C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Bentley\OpenBridgeModeler\10.0.0\prefs”
• delete the “civil_commands” folder

• You may have 10.0.0_1 folder.  You can delete the “civil_commands” folder from there too.

• Open the file and try again.
