When working in LBS if the program crashes or things that were working/reporting fine before are now showing some issues please do the following clean up of temp file as shown below:
- Exit any LEAP and OBD file you may have open.
- Open File Explorer and type %temp% and hit Enter. This will open the temp folder for your login:
- In this folder delete any folders that start with LEAP in the name:
- In the same folder also look for any files starting with RCP. Delete these too if you see any:
