It can be accessed at File\Examples\Training Examples by selecting 07.a or b Cacle-Stayed Bridge as shown below.
Two documents are available: CSB-Part1 Modeler and CSB-Part2 Analyzer:
CSB input can be done at Modeler and also with help from the Cable stayed wizard.
