For Composite Structures one additional design task is the dimensioning of the Shear Studs. This can easily be achieved in RM Bridge by adding a series of longitudinal static spring elements in the girders to simulate this and extract the Normal forces in this elements to be applied for the Shear Stud Modelling. Results are the split normal force difference between begin and end of the elements divided by the length.

These additional elements need to be:

1. Static spring elements;
2. Connected to the same structural nodes of the composite;
3. By default be numbered as a plus 10,000 of the reference deck element;
