In RM Bridge at the Modeler component the Axie elements usually represent the Axis of a road alignment; but, in more geometrically complex models, an Axis could also be the transversal support lines or any other local reference axis that is needed. One example is when a grillage model is needed, as in the screenshot and training example below where the additional transversal modeler axis is the origin for the numerical nodes and elements of the cross girder that will create the Trimmer girder at the grillage supports.
