    Variable Loads

    RM Bridge can consider Variable Loads in many different ways, in time and space. For the loads to be variable either one of the options below should be selected:

    • Var-Fac, the Variable factor is usually for Time History calculations, a corresponding Variable and Variable Factor is set to substitute the constant value for this analysis;
    • Directly defined loading can be increased: the original load sets can be increased, this means, multiplied by an incremental factor in some specific actions like Pushover, Buckle, and Failure.

     Note: Only the Load Set in the bottom list that has this same option selected is going to be considered as variables.
