&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RM Bridge&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt; can consider &lt;span style="text-decoration:underline;"&gt;Variable Loads&lt;/span&gt; in many different ways, in time and space. For the loads to be variable either one of the options below should be selected:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Var-Fac&lt;/em&gt;, the Variable factor is usually for Time History calculations, a corresponding &lt;em&gt;Variable&lt;/em&gt; and &lt;em&gt;Variable Factor&lt;/em&gt; is set to substitute the constant value for this analysis;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Directly defined loading can be increased&lt;/em&gt;: the original load sets can be increased, this means, multiplied by an incremental factor in some specific actions like&lt;em&gt; Pushover&lt;/em&gt;, &lt;em&gt;Buckle&lt;/em&gt;, and &lt;em&gt;Failure&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Note: Only the Load Set in the bottom list that has this same option selected is going to be considered as variables.&lt;/p&gt;
