    18. Rail Structure Interaction for UIC Track Bridge Interaction

    A Rail Structure Interaction (RSI) Verification is presented for UIC Code 774-3 Track Bridge Interaction. Test case number one from Appendix D is used as validation for computer programs. The structural system is as in the picture below and the schematic of the elements model in RM Bridge inside OpenBridge Designer is also shown.

    The results show differences that are in good coherence and according to what is expected, as shown in the plot below.
