In OpenBridge Designer (10.10.20.34) > LEAP Bridge Steel (21.02.00.31) one can regenerate the imported loads if one had opened the substructure model before and the loads were generated previously.

When one clicks on Design/Analysis after selecting the Pier/Abutment location from the Substructure Design/Analysis tool and opens the substructure model we get below option to overwrite existing loads or to retain the existing bearing loads:

If you choose Yes the loads are re-imported based on the selected loads:
