To disable the ProjectWise login dialog users should:

Navigate to “C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenBridge Designer CE 10.10.20\OpenBridgeModeler\config\appl”. This is the default installation folder;
Find the pw.cfg file and open it;
Disable the pw.cfg file by removing the "#" from the file name, i.e., uncomment line 14: modify the line from # PW_DISABLE_INTEGRATION_FROM_DESKTOP=1 to PW_DISABLE_INTEGRATION_FROM_DESKTOP=1;
Save the file and close.

Then, when you open OBM next time the PW login dialog should not come
