QUESTION: Wingwall--Is it possible to add negative values to the offsets?

Wing wall:

Vertical offset – OBM is allowing the user to input Negative offset.

Transverse offset -- OBM is NOT allowing the user to input Negative offset.

Longitudinal offset -- OBM is NOT allowing the user to input Negative offset.
