QUESTION:  OpenBridge Designer pop up and closes by itself.  If you run the application as administrator, it runs fine but as a regular user the OBD screen pops up and closes. 

ANSWER:  When OBD is launching data is written to "user.config" file that resides in "C:\Users\First.Last\AppData\Local\Bentley_Systems,_Incorpor\OpenBridgeDesignerxxxxxx  \...... \user.config".

To resolve the issue, delete the "user.cinfig" file and launch OBD again.
