ISSUE:  When placing cells in a ProjectWise managed workspace it is taking very long.

SOLUTION:

In OpenBridge Modeler version 10.12 or prior if the Properties dialog is kept open, sometimes it takes long to place cells.  There are two options to resolve the issue:

• Keep the Properties dialog closed when placing the cells or
• Introduce a new variable _USTN_CELLPLACEMENTPERFORMANCE=true to resolve the issue.
