QUESTION: What is the function of “DO NOT ROTATE” option under Rotation in the Template Creation Window?

 

ANSWER: 

The “Do Not Rotate” option will prevent the Point(s) from rotating when we apply “Rotate by Slope” (or “Rotate by Angle”) in Variable Constraints dialog.  In below example “Do Not Rotate” option was turned ON for all the four points on the left side for that side not to rotate.
