QUESTION: How is the program calculating the fractions stated in the column “Span Fraction”?

ANSWER:

Span Fraction is basically the Point of interest location divided by the Span length.

In tutorial 1 if i want to check the deflection at 50 ft and the span length is 90ft.

Then the span fraction at 50ft is 50/90 = 1.56.
