For all LEAP standalone Products authorized using Electronic Security based on Crypkey, in case of an unexpected event such as a program crash, you may be able to fix the problem yourself by deleting the appropriate *.tb2, file from the directory where the executable is installed and run from. In most cases, this restores the authorization. If deleting this file does not take care of the problem, we encourage you to contact Bentley/LEAP Software's technical support department.
In the case of LEAP Bridge or one of its components, you can delete all of the .tb2 files by running the deletetb2.bat file. Simply locate the file in Windows Explorer and double click to run the DOS based batch file.
