The video is not accessible,may I know how to troubleshooting?

This error could be causing because of using old CONNECT Advisor version [10.1.0.245 or before] , Go to your CONNECTION Client app, and go for newer version of CONNECT Advisor available, Check for this 10.1.0.284 or newer available.
You probably need to update CONNECTION Client first, and then update CONNECT Advisor, You will able to run your videos now.
Connection Client can be fond in taskbar system tray as shown below
