Been fiddling with my Family&Parts, and now my Forms seem to be showing all 'Unified with Self' in the Design Model. I don't want that - need to see the edges of all Forms, to work on them - only want Unification in Drawing and Sheet Models. I can't see what I've done - any ideas?
So in Dataset Explorer>Drawing symbology, does the default 'Unify with Self' in Section Unifier and F&R Unifier cause Forms to visibly Unify in the Design Model, even though Section Unify Toggle and F&R Unify Toggle are unchecked?
BTW, what's the Generate 2D column for?
Forms do not unify in a wireframe 3d view.
But you can have a 'cut' in a Design Model. By Clip Volume (unified but not resymbolised if I remember correctly) or by a Building View recalled from the Mini Tool bar or View Attributes>View Setup. Unified and resymbolised.

No not unifying in wireframe - I'm using Illustration Without Lighting. Until yesterday that showed no unification in Design Model; today all joint lines between Forms are gone. I have no Cuts in the Design Model.
As Thomas mentioned forms cannot truly unify unless in a Drawing View (wherever applied) or Drawing Extraction. If you are in a 3D model that is not promoted and/or with no Clip Volume applied, then the walls can't be unified per se. Can you attach a screen capture showing this model in both Wireframe and Illustration modes for comparison?
It is unifying in Wireframe too. Can't get any clear screenshots so attaching the dgn, simplified and compressed version.
BTW, is it OK that in E:\My Drawings\296 Bellever\dgn\, as well as dgns, there's
Default.mvba
TFDSExplorerSettings.rsc
webdropSettings.rsc
Any problem with that dross?
