Would the Mesh from Contours do what you need?

Sounds so. Where do I find it?

But I remembered - mdl laod facet, facet dialog.

oops - sorry, missed the attachment. Twice.

No problem.   I miss the boat sometimes, and that's usually much larger than an attachment.     ;-)

Mesh works better for us as it creates an easier product to work with and do this like populate and project.

The facet is a lot more complicated a model and harder to work with on large projects.

please i'm biginner  how we can draw a simple mesh to get DTM level in bentley substation select series 7 as it shown in the flowing picture

You can use the "Mesh from Points" tool to generate a mesh form an array of designed points in 3D or from survey data containing 3D points, "Mesh form Contours" works in a similar way.
