I want to quantify how many compound cell I have in the file , the problem that I have part on 3d elements of this file . how to remove this part without effect the existing compound cell ?
You can directly open the BXC file, the Compound Cell Library, and use the Building Element Info tool to remove Family + Part assignments from specific sub-components within the cell

As long as you do not attempt to drop and recreate the cell while in the library, something that has been known to potentially cause problems in the past, it should work just fine.
