How to edit the Drawing Title Cell

If you open the annotation.cel library to the drawing title model and make your changes, then close it and exit AECOsim, when you re-open it and Place Drawing Title, it should show the modified annotation. You do need to exit and re-open the program to see any changes though. Normally, annotation.cel is in your dataset\cell folder. Be sure that this cell library and folder is included in the MS_CELL config variable.

I am in a drawing. It sends me to the annotation.cel file you mention
I make the change and then go to the tool to also change attributes like font.

I close and reopen. NO CHANGE. I must be working in the wrong file HOWEVER I am sent to that one by the program.

Also the one I edit. I want to remove the Bubble and replace with a square. If I delete the bubble it deletes the text. How do I correct this. It appears to say the text is a tag itself, but one I cannot find to add back in???

There are actually two locations for drawing titles.

If you are accessing it as you describe, it is taking you to annotation cells that are used to populate

To access new drawing title cells that are attached to reference files.

you need to look where configuration variable MS_DETAILINGSYMBOLS_CELLLIST is pointed.

These are cells that are used in conjunction with Detailing Symbol Styles and Dynamic Views.

Ok but mine is not this issue.

I have the variable set as you can see -

This Variable points to my personal Detail Dgnlib.
You can see that the variable is received properly.

But  when a detail is placed it is placing the Bentley Detail

What I ahve to do is delete teh Bentley Detail as a path is hard coded somewhere so that I can only update  one in my dgnlib.
I'll log that one in a minue.

The next question is can I void the Symbology like on linestyle as I want more createive bubbles that flat one weight. or style.

Now I have gone to the Detailing Symbol Styles dialog

I added A Drawing Title and several things are unclear.

1. Where should this be added so a Drawing title is always available.  this appears to be internal as there is no check.  Bit it is not clear on where to go from here.
2. But more importantly.  If I have no style for a title should it not just base itself off how it is created and not by the default???
