Hi Conny,
AECOsim supports bidirectional workflow with 3 different lighting calculation programs (Relux, DIALux & Visual), but none of them are distributed with AECOsim. You need to download them separately from any of the related vendors web.
The only one configuration you need to do in AECOsim is define the path were you installed Relux in your computer using the "Setup Analysis" option you can find in the "Lighting Analysis" dialog, as showed in the screenshot:
