Revit Views Export to Microstation retaining global origin offset

Hello, Community.

On my project, Designer decided to implement a workflow, where he models in Revit most of the architectural/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical work.

Designer needs to produce 2D DGN drawing as a deliverable, so the workflow suppose to look like this:

1: Model in Revit

2: Create plan views in Revit

3: Export Plan Views from Revit to DGN using native DGN exporting functionality ( using seed file).

etc...

At the moment, the problem seems to be with exporting Revit views to the right coordinate system;

a: project utilizes MTM10 with high values of Northing;

b: it is impossible to put Revit model at that distance physically ( i.e. by drawing it at that distance from the Internal Revit basepoint);

c: export seems to utilize Revit's Internal point original location as it's Global Origin - regardless of whether it was offset or not ( i.e. always at GO=0,0,0)

currently, the only workaround is to put that original model into another "placing" model, that physically displaces the first model at desired offset, but that distorts graphics of the Revit and makes it impossible any further annotation in the second model.

P.S. This is not a question to Autodesk, because they obviously would care less of compatibility with Bentley product.

In the same manner that IFC was utilized to create "i-Model" exporter with decent ability to distinguish between "shared" and"internal" coordinates, or "DWG" , that can be exported from Revit using same ability to use "shared" and "internal"  origin - there should be a way to export into DGN- probably, utilizing DWG exporting functionality.
