Creating drawings and sheets

Question

Hello! Is there a tutorial/guide that teaches you how to create sheet files with all the details regarding line colors/width/style etc. ? because I can't figure out why I get lines in a different color than in the Bentley's videos. 
 Also, how do I set it to add automatically dimensions and annotations in drawings? (sometimes it shows me automatically the dimensions, sometimes it doesn't)

This is a very broad topic, and covers items such as Callouts defining the location/extents of the elements to include + display settings, Family + Parts for resymbolization, Drawing Rules for auto-annotation, etc., etc.. I would first suggest checking the topic "Building Dynamic Views" in the delivered Help file that covers these areas topic by topic. Hi Martin, 
 I think part of the issue with a step-by-step is that it depends on what you are trying to achieve. For example: Plan, Section, Detail? Which discipline since the Drawing Seed (or template) is based on that? Is the result a Drawing only or Drawing + Sheet? Are these to be added to the active DGN file or should they be created in separate DGNs? Are Drawing Rules being used? If so, as Marc mentioned above, the discipline again makes a difference in how rules can affect the results. 
 In its simplest form, one could say just pick a Callout, place it in the 3D model where needed, and accept all of the defaults.

But I'm fairly certain many here will say that they simply don't use all of the defaults. So while the process itself can be relatively simple, it's tailoring it to your needs that can be just as important.
