Speedikon BUG! Roof and Floor disappear completely!

As soon you think it is ready done:

You click on a Roof part and Speedikon does not recognize it.

 

A message  like "unknown class" appears.

Slabs, walls, windows and doors, stairs are all still there and work properly!

All filters are off, all levels are on, "Regenerate" function does not help!

 

After restaring the programm you have no "Floor" and no "Roof" anymore!

    Hello,

    Is the problem in a file or in multiple files? Which speedikon version you are running?
    If it relates to only one file, then you should send them to us. The best would be to send us a smd file of the corrupted file and a backup of this file whitch includes roofs and floors.

    Hello Arkadi,

    please use the command "Report element" in the task "Floor Plan" Shortcut "D1". As Macro you select "roofs", Output "Screen" and then "Start". Then a window opens and lists all the roofs, slabs and floors that are placed in your floor plan. If you can see a number of roof and floors in the list but not in your floor plan please change the view filter and select the view filter "Test_all". This view filter shows every element.

    If the report and this view filter do not display any roofs and floors please check if you have an older backup file of your floor plan that contains these elements. If you have not saved your floor plan in the meantime you could check if there is a *.bak file in your project.bpd\des directory named with the floor and part of your floor plan, e.g. des0101.dgn.bak. You close speedikon, rename the file des0101.dgn and rename the file des0101.dgn.bak into des0101.dgn and then open the floor plan and check it.

    You wrote you use the latest speedikon version. Please check by going to speedikon - Help - About speedikon V8i if you have 08.11.12.25. This is the latest version. We recommend to update to this version if you have not done already.
