How to print in grayscale and monochrome

Hello,

I have a question regarding printing setting for a drawing.

I am trying to print a drawing just like this:

I tried making the background on a single level and color (level-1 and color 128), what is printed in grayscale in the example.

What is the interest in the drawing is the objects left in monochrome.

How do i make the setting to achieve the example ? Tried some setting in pen table but with no effect.

Thank you,

  • The problem with a pentable it it is NEVER WYSISYG

Control reference files (background) with your level overrides to wt =0, co=grey, trans even at 50% if needed
Then your original drawings stays as you drew it.
Pentables only exist as Autocad could not draw by weight for many many years.

Now it can - so draw things right the first time, use parts to control and correct weights quickly
And use the power of presentation you have with reference files and level controls
