Wall Access Panels

 Can someone please show me the most intelligent way I could insert wall access panels similar to the type illustrated in the image below into my model. please note this has got a one sided architrave hence using doors might be a bit tricky however I am not ruling out the possibility. 
 Structural opening dimensions are (W) 3.5m x ( H) 4.1m x ( D)0.3 m

The site MJAN referred to seems to have the right type of components, so I'm assuming they have the desired parametrics (not sure why they didn't work for Eric). However, in order to use them in RFA format you will need at least ABD Ss5. 
 
The same site also offers them in IFC format, so if parametrics are not a requirement that may also be a good option. 
 
The alternative of course is to create something like this using either PC Studio or Parametric Frame Builder for parametric versions or Compound Cells for non-parametric versions. Though I would first try the above since it could save you some time.
