How to make complex chain with text

Dear All 
 I have a simple question.

 That is not group. How to insert text into line? 
 Please let me know any tips.

Take a look at the Edit Custom Line Style command. 
Click Element > Line Styles > Edit to start the command. 
In the Line Style Editor you can click Edit > Duplicate to copy one of the delivered Custom Line Styles to get you started.
