Floor Manager is defined by the configuration variable BB_FLOORMASTER_DGN. It is usually defined in the Project so it is possible that when you change the User name that the Project name is also changed and that the Floor Manager file does not exist in the defined location. You can change to the User, ARCHITECTURE-01, then open Workspace Configuration to BB_FLOORMASTER_DGN and look at where this variable is defined for the current project or re-define the variable to read the location of your BB_FLOORMASTER.dgnlib file.
Greetings!
Thanks Mr. Robert DiMauro, I just did what you said. The prompt error message is not showing when i open floor manager. And i can not found any floors in floor manager, just empty. I try to add floor then another prompt message came. Please let me know what to do next.
Regards,

We are trying to do something similar.
Using W10 / OBD U5 10.05.00.49
All of our files are stored on a central server in a by customer by project# hierarchy. We do not really want to create a separate workspace for every customer nor do we want to create a separate workset for every project.
I tried to relocate the BB_FLOORMASTER.DGNLIB file to our 3D_MODELS directory in our project directory structure. Then I reconfigured the following variable accordingly (in our Organization standards.cfg) so that from inside a model in that directory you would be able to attach the floors or grid found in the library in that directory.
BB_FLOORMASTER_DGN = $(_DGNDIR)/BB_FloorMaster.dgnlib
SMC_COLUMNGRID_DEFINITION_DGNLIB = $(_DGNDIR)/BB_FloorMaster.dgnlib
The Grid seems to be working fine, however it will not bring up the floor manager. we get the "un-handled exception" error above and in the message box it says that the "BB FLOORMASTER POINTS TO AN INVALID FILE"
Hi Linus,
_DGNDIR is a dynamic variable that is evaluated at file open, maybe this is too late for the floor master file to be read. If you have another variable that points to a static path that is evaluated earlier you may not see this error.
We do not recommend working without using WorkSets to store project resources. These can be in a different location to project data files.
