when trying to open a dabase in plumbing or mechanical i get an error window that says "The microsofte.ace.oledb.12.0 provider is not registered on the local machine".
i'm using windows 10 64 bit, office 2016 32 bit (since we have other applications that do not work with the 64 bit version)

Version 10.00.00.118 is a Release candidate and requesting you to use commercial release version 10.00.00.154. Mean while here is the attachment of 'AccessDatabaseEngine_x64.exe' which might resolve your issue.
