Construct Opening is still available, it can be found in the Architecture Task Menu under Manipulation, Under the last option, the toolset starts w/ Copy Feature, you will find it is the 7th tool down or if you prefere via keyin "tfconstruct opening". In that same task menu is the Cut Solids by Curves, it is also an excellent tool to create featured openings in building elements and will cut holes in solds. See attached image:

Users can also find tools using the Help. From the Help menu, choose Contents to open the help. Since Construct Opening is a Building tool, select Bentley Building help and click on Bentley Building Tool Index to open the Tool Index window. When a tool is selected in the Tool Index (in this case Construct Openeing), the user is taken directly to the help page for that tool. Click on the "Use It" tool icon (upper left corner of the help page) and the user is transported back into the Bentley Architecture interface, where the tool and tool settings dialog is open, active and ready to use. The tool box which contains the tool (in this case Modify Solids) is also open and ready for use.
This is a very simple and quick way to find tools.

Chris Rennie
