In the CONNECT Edition, there are _Header & _Sill items under the Window placement. Shouldn't these be dependent on the host window? If I place these and select the window as a host, if I move or change the size of the window, these do not change? They don't seem to have any intuitive nature to them, like the height location should be set relative to the window for example.
On a related topic, is there any way to place interior or exterior trim on a window? Are these the only options?
Hi GaryM,
As far as I can tell unless you input the value manually these values do not seem to be affected if you change or move the window. For the molding option you can use the Profile tool located in the Architecture tab of the ribbon bar.
.
You are correct as these are not fully developed. They are not too useful. You have to create your own.

Thanks Gerard and Eric, it is very disappointing. I find the progress so slow with AECOsim. Now that they made the leap to CONNECT, they need to step it up with intuitive features that have greater benefits...we have been paying select fees for no new increase value to the software. Going to CONNECT for me is more of a disruption, where is the benefit?
