Check this video.
i knew about 4th step. you didn't get me yet. insertion point can be decided by user. but for existing cell, how to find it? see my screenshots from autocad block and microstation cell. selected one is autocad block. there it shows only insertion grip point (blue). selected one is microstation cell. but it shows all the handles except insertion point. actually i placed the origin point or insertion point at element centre for both.
Hello Santhosh!!
I understand what you asking. Here in Microstation & AECOsim you won't get insertion point like AuoCAD. But the process same.
I hope you know to insert the cell by creating with desire insertion point but the question is after placing my cell i want to get that insertion point so that i can move it or copy. Here you will get all handles with group if you select that element.
Regards
it's really big disadvantage of microstation and aecosim. drawing task is not going to be over with cell creation. insertion point is very important for only not drafting. after drafting, manipulations will be there at anytime it's hard to use existing cell without visibility of insertion point. it doesn't makes your software as an user friendly. i am disappointed...
change your Snap setting to Origin and hover over cell and you will get the Cell insertion point. You can also have the Snap setting stored in Accudraw, or use the tentative+shift context menu to temporarily use the Origin snap

thanks a lot...i got an answer from your first option...but please explain to me your second option "You can also have the Snap setting stored in Accudraw, or use the tentative+shift context menu to temporarily use the Origin snap"
This is the old way of doing things before Accusnap. Instead of waiting for Accusnap to find the snap which can take awhile in large files, it is often faster to choose the snap you want and the approximate point on screen.
You can have a look in the following Wiki, where the information in this post has been compiled:
