Hi,
German speedikon forum and support seems to be down for weeks now. Great, Bentley, we pay a lot of money and get nothing in return?! Thats some strange way to handle customer service, well, whatever, here is my question:
In some macros delivered with speedikon we can use nice visual dialogs to enter parameters. Someone from Bentley told me a few years ago, that I could use Windows Forms to create the dialogs and then use them inside my macro with something like ole_PutProperty (iHandle, "dDouble" , 1, dDouble);
ole_PutProperty (iHandle, "dDouble" , 1, dDouble);
I remember that I made it work back then. Unfortunately these things are not documented (or I couldnt find them) and I cannot remember all the details.
For example: Which .Net version should I use or were should I put the compiled dll so that the macro could read its contents.
Maybe someone could help me with these questions
RegardsStephan
Which Windows and Speedikon Version you are using? It can help us to understand proper .Net version on which application is dependent.
Thank you for your reply! I'm using Windows 7 and will switch to 10 within the next few month. Speedikon version is 08.11.12.28
Yesterday I found a few documents from my training at Bentley, so perhaps I will be able to make it work again. I would suggest that I try a few things and come back to you if I still fail.
