I was able to find program here.

After running program, uninstall issue described went away. (And it did not require me to purchase it)

I don't find any broken links in the article you specified above.
Maybe it's already fixed, or you might try doing <Ctrl>F5 in your browser to refresh your cached pages.

My bad Larry,
I was actually typing the link indicated on problem computer and not clicking on link.
Underlying link must have been corrected.
