Some of our users are experiencing issues with attempting to load Interactive Facility Maps.
They will open and browse the XML in ProjectWise and when they select it nothing happens.
All the users are on Windows 7(64-bit) and using Bentley Planner SS4.There is no error messages or warnings. Any idea why just a couple of user would have this issue when all the rest of them it works?

Hello Marc and thank you for your reply. In regards to permissions we have checked and verified that they are consistent with the rest of the team. So unfortunately I don't believe that is the issue at this point.

We often find that ProjectWise issues that only affect part of a team are caused by permissions discrepancies. Has anything been changed about the way the affected users access ProjectWise?
