&lt;p&gt;This problem happened again with a different file.&amp;nbsp; This is not good as we have multiple people working on the project.&lt;/p&gt;

I noticed this could also happen when it was myself editing the file before. &lt;p&gt;I guess the file is on a shared drive on a server on your network somewhere?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Have you rebooted the server?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m sure that would clear the file for use.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Please let us know.&lt;/p&gt;
