AECOsim Building Designer Versions

Question

I have a client that says he is using Version 5. Our Adm says he can not find Version 5. 
 Does this exist?

Do you have a version number they are using? 
 They may be referring to SelectSeries 5 which as been archived if you need an archived version you will need to file a service request.

Please file a service request specifying the version that you need to download to fit in with your client's project. Older versions have been archived but are still available on request.
