GBXML Export not working with Bentley Architecture

I have a consultant that has requested a gbXML file and can not get the export gbXML to work. For a simple example I put down four exterior walls, selected Export and I get to the gbXML, but the 'Export" button is greyed and does not allow me to chose it. I says it created the Energy Analysis Model, reports the time and then states "Named Group: Spaces not defined". What am I doing incorrect? Brian Thomas SelserSchaefer Architects

    Attached is test case TC6.DGN,as mention by you, just 4 exterior walls ,Match the floor master elevation to 0/14/28 feet as the height of the wall, and keep Create Storey's Overlap Slabs toggle ON, now it would created the name group and gbXML file in out folder as per BB_gbXML_out path in configuration, you can change this path as per your convenience.
