This is in the Help of the AECOsim Connect update 2."You can access the solar exposure information at a particular surface location by:Pop-up Info — Pause the cursor on the element and the insolation values as well as the exposed and shadowed data for the facet appear below the cursor."But this is not working for me.Is it disabled for Academic License?
I have read all the Wiki links related to this subject.Solar study performs well. My problem is that I can not "access the solar exposure information at a particular surface location" as the AECOsim Connect Edition Upgrade 2 help says.
Hi DaviPF,
Have you tried this after changing the view to Wireframe in your solar exposure model?
You can also try right pressing and then going to Properties of the element to view the solar values.

The solution for this problem is to change the User Preference Input by changing to Always.I posted a Youtube video on this.https://youtu.be/k-8pZdToraI
